Use this form to make an application for registration to carry on the business of mobile hairdressing and/or barbering within Stoke-on-Trent. Registrations are a way of informing the council that you are operating as a hairdresser or barber and are necessary to satisfy the requirements of the Staffordshire Act 1983. There is no fee charged for your registration. Once your application has been processed you will receive a registration certificate in the post.
